CO2 Tolerance Table - designed to accustom the body to high levels of carbon dioxide by shortening time to rest between scheduled stops breathing. The length of breath scheduled to be 50% maximum long breath and your table contain no more than 8 cycles.

O2 Deprivation Table - designed to accustom the body to extremely low levels of oxygen by the extension of time to breath between scheduled rest periods. The length of the table last breath be not more than 80% of the time your maximum breath and table contain no more than 8 cycles.

Static tables - are actually a series of static breathing stops (no movement) are scheduled to accustom the body intended for the extreme conditions of lack of oxygen or excess carbon dioxide. The tables can be performed in water or on land.

Attention!

  • Exceeded limits of the tables can cause serious respiratory problems, not make more than one table per day.
  • Always practiced that anyone who watches over you and make sure that he knows what you are doing, making tables do not fit can lead to fainting.
  • Recommended to do between two and four tables in a week – one at a time – do not train two types of tables same day.

To start practicing the tables, you must first be aware of the time your breath as both the maximum the tables (O2 and CO2) are based on this figure i.e. the first practice will be dedicated to your breath as long as possible, you may want to do some breathing stops before making heating Stop the maximum.

Check your breath while on average one to two months maximum and adjust the tables again by personal abilities and progress.

Chart Endurance carbon dioxide (CO2) -
A static table is intended to accustom the body to high levels of carbon dioxide by shortening time to rest between scheduled stops breathing.
The breath-length scheduled to be 50% of the time your breath and maximum table contain no more than eight cycles.
The following table consists of eight cycles based on the maximum breathing stoppage time of three minutes:

Breath - 2:30 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath - 2:15 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes
Breath - 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath - 1:45 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes
Breath - 1:30 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath - 1:15 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath - 1:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath - 1:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.

Total time 25:15 D

The table can be tailored to your needs by regulation to breath while 50% of the time your maximum breath or by shortening / extension of the initial rest time between stops breathing.

Targets -
1) Try to shorten the time of the initial and final rest while maintaining long breath.
2) Try to extend the scheduled time to stop breathing temporarily while maintaining the rest.
3) Try to extend the time to stop breathing while shortening time scheduled starting late.

Chart endurance to low levels of oxygen (O2) -
A static table is intended to accustom the body to extremely low levels of oxygen by increasing the time to breath between scheduled rest periods.
The length of the table last breath be not more than 80% of the time your breath and maximum table contain no more than eight cycles.
The following table consists of eight cycles based on the maximum breathing stoppage time of 3 minutes;

Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:00 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:15 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:30 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 1:45 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 2:00 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 2:15 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 2:30 Minutes.
Breath – 2:00 Minutes, Hold breath – 2:30 Minutes.

Total time 30:45 Minutes..

The table can be tailored to your needs by regulating the maximum stop time to 80% maximum time your breath or by shortening / extension of time to rest between stops breathing.

Targets -
1) Try to shorten the time to rest while maintaining a temporary stoppage of breathing.
2) Try to extend the time to breath Ahahahatgelti while maintaining the rest of time.
3) Try to extend the time the initial breath while shortening time to rest.

Remember!

Recommended two to four tables per week – one at a time – do not follow the two types of tables that day.
